Job Profile / Roles & Responsibilities
Detail knowledge about method study and work measurement techniques.
Data gathering skills across production process by applying statistical methods and calculations to determine manufacturing process, manpower details with skill ratings, Production details with products made in particular line, actual time consumption, Standard time, worker efficiency, lead time related, etc.
Detail knowledge about – SFMS (Shop floor management systems), Workers performance monitoring and efficiency calculation techniques.
Detail knowledge about manpower calculation, Capacity calculation & Capacity utilization related calculations.
Detail knowledge about productivity, Productivity improvement techniques and knowledge about effective hours, down time, etc.
Detail knowledge about lean manufacturing and its techniques, Lean implementation knowledge, knowledge about Cellular manufacturing, Knowledge about different type of layouts and its functions, improving efficiency in production process by eliminating / preventing waste etc.
Detail knowledge about performance incentive concepts for workers, Decent knowledge about KPI system for staffs and its measurement techniques.
Knowledge about job evaluation and its techniques.
Effective communication ability and he should be good team player with production as well as technical staffs for effective co-ordination.
